As a practicing doctor who treats patients with weight problems, sleep is indispensible. Michael Breus has written 2 undoubtedly good books on the subject and I use his new 5 Sleep Rules with all of my patients. Too many population try to diet more and exercise harder and forget a undoubtedly basic fact like good medicinal sleep.
